We acquire the land, secure the excision or consent, and survey every boundary before a single plot is sold.
We grade the road network to the layout and cut storm-water drains, so the estate stays dry through the rainy season.
We lay interlocking paved streets, plant trees on the boulevards, and build the perimeter fence and gatehouse.
Owners and our turnkey team start building on firm, dry ground, with engineers on site.
Duplexes and terraces go up to the approved low-density design code. No high-rise buildings.
